I'm Kelsea. I started this blog in 2013. I was 18, a senior in high school, and very overweight. Every day was bringing me closer to obesity. I was miserable with myself and my body image and decided to change.
This blog is a place where I can specifically talk about my journey with health and fitness. I'm now 22 and in college. 2017 is the year I will accomplish some of my biggest goals!
(2013)--Starting Weight: 200lbs.
(2017)--Current Weight: 179.
(2016)--Goal Weight: 140.
